No Guarantees

AppCRMGo does not guarantee leads, conversions, revenue, marketing performance, compliance, or business results. Results vary based on user activity, market conditions, and factors outside AppCRMGo’s control.

User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for:

• Legal and regulatory compliance

• Proper use of messaging, calling, and automation tools

• Compliance with TCPA, CAN-SPAM, real estate, lending, insurance, or credit-related regulations

Third-Party Services

AppCRMGo integrates with third-party services including but not limited to messaging providers, AI services, IDX platforms, and payment processors. AppCRMGo is not responsible for outages, changes, limitations, or pricing imposed by third-party providers.

Billing & Payments

Subscription fees are billed in advance. Usage-based services are billed separately. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

Limitation of Liability

AppCRMGo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business damages arising from use of the platform.

Modifications

AppCRMGo reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
